Technical inspection of microfilm is performed to evaluate quality according to contract specifications, standards, and industry accepted workmanship. Additional image quality characteristics and image format are also evaluated using criteria established by the customer. 

MSTC is prepared to inspect your master, duplicating and distribution microfilm in any format.  Eight characteristics are ordinarily examined in detail.

A small sample of production microfilm is usually adequate to determine the image quality.  However, we are prepared to inspect entire microfilm collections, and provide image by image inspection.
